I'm pretty sure she would have always had a stylist. Very few actresses don't have one, but most only use them for red carpet events. I doubt Jennifer (especially with 2 kids!) or most other celebrities would have time to trawl through every dress every designer offers and work out whether it would look good on her then get the designer to lend her the dress, then find shoes and accessories to match; that is what a stylist does. But I'm sure she would have most of the input in the final outfit. There's a misconception (mainly thanks to Rachel Zoe) that having a stylist means that you have no sense of style, can't dress yourself and wear whatever they tell you to- not true. Sorry, just wanted to clear that up!

I don't really like her in Oscar de la Renta... She could have her pick of all these amazing pieces from incredible, cutting-edge, interesting designers that not many people can pull off, like Balenciaga, Rodarte, Viktor & Rolf... and she chooses de la Renta, who just about anyone can wear? Boring! Not that his dresses aren't really nice but she could do so much better than such a generic red-carpet gown designer, IMO. if that makes sense
