Love her short hair do and she was super fierce at Jason Wu.

I don't think the make up looks good on Stam in Jason Wu. I think it is too much for her. That purple eye shadow is overshadowing her piercing eyes, making her look tired. Wish her make up would look better at other shows.

Jessica Stam has returned to her old walk, but I certainly have a different feeling to it. It is not as fierce as it used to be from 2006-2008. I think she is holding it back., but a change could be a good thing.

Jessica Stam has been a fashion runway fixture for the past 10 years, and she shows no signs of slowing down. T briefly caught up with the 26-year-old Canadian beauty in between shows and asked her about her Fashion Week skin care staples.

Q.
You’re constantly having makeup put on and taken off of your face. How do you ensure that your skin stays in optimal shape?

A.
First of all, I drink lots of water — that’s No. 1. I also try to get eight hours of sleep a night during Fashion Week; it doesn’t always happen, though. When taking makeup off, I don’t like to tug and rub at my face with makeup-remover wipes; so whenever possible, I’ll find a sink and wash with a gentle face cleanser and water.

What are your current skin care must-haves?

I really like the face wash from One Love Organics. For moisturizing, I use an all-natural one from Antonia Burrell called Cream Supreme. If I’m getting on a plane, I make sure to put on a good eye cream; right now, I’m using one from Shu Uemura. And I always keep a moisturizing face spray in my bag.

At the end of each runway show season, what’s your favorite way to unwind?

Definitely getting a facial with Dangene, who works out of the Core Club. I love getting everything scrubbed off, and she really gets all the makeup out of my pores.
