Jonathan Anderson - Designer, Creative Director of JW Anderson & Christian Dior

Now this dumb T-shirt? This getting worse. Told’ja so.

"No Dior, no Dietrich!" means that if Marlene Dietrich wasn't dressed by Christian Dior, she wouldn't be in the film Stage Fright. Dietrich, a close friend and muse of the designer, demanded that Dior create her costumes for the 1950 film, an ultimatum she famously delivered to director Alfred Hitchcock during contract negotiations.

the idea to try to use the story is nice .......but on a t shirt and on a man its just flattening of any storytelling , don't care if he is the loved directors friend the embroidery also looks cheap ...good luck going viral

Another plissé custom look? Oh boy...they all look the same since less than 24 hours ago Alba wore the top with the same construction
Too many custom looks before the actual show, it's off putting

the way the industry threw Maria under the bus and hyped up this man should go down in history
Absolutely disgusting and insane. She never let anybody look bad.

I knew this would be the case. I have defended Maria countless times here, and Kim knows how to dress a twink boy well.

MGC needed less collections, a clever stylist and better media management. She also should’ve been barred from ever using letters on clothing. Beyond that, she knew her craft and clients were pleased - esp when a SA was good at remixing all the building blocks her collections offered.

Not sure what’s going on here with JWA. He had Plenty of time.
