Yes. Maybe this means personal luck and joy for her, how can we know this? Maybe she dreamt of having a baby. Moreover I don't think we are in the position to judge the private life including personal decisions of a model. Everyone has a right of privacy.

I'm so Offended that so many people would have the NERVE to get on this tread and say the most negative things about a WOMAN having a Child! Are you people MADD! Jourdan is a Grown Woman that has been in a serious relationship for years and as long as she's excited, Happy and Healthy as she told Vogue UK then nobody else's opinion really matters. Sure this was sudden news to us all and most of you are only concerned with her continueing her progress in the fickle world of Modeling but its so not fair or right to bash her for decision's she's made in her personal life. Another note is this baby may open up more opportunity for her, everyone knows that Karl Lagerfeld is mesmirized by the Mother/Working Model so we just may see Jourdan in the Chanel or Fendi campaigns post the baby being delivered.

As VOGUE.COM exclusively confirmed on Friday, supermodel Jourdan Dunn is five-and-a-half months pregnant with her first child. The British model and Vogue cover girl is sporting a perfect tiny bump and could not be more excited about impending motherhood.
"I'm real looking forward to the future and having my baby," Jourdan told VOGUE.COM this afternoon. "I'm lucky - I'm feeling really well. I'm healthy and happy!"
Jourdan has been with her boyfriend for several years and the couple are eagerly anticipating the baby's arrival in December. Jourdan has a close network of family and friends and has been receiving huge support from them too, as she prepares for her new arrival.
"Jourdan is delighted and really excited," a spokesperson for her agency, Storm, told us today. "She's had lots of lovely personal messages of support from all her friends in the fashion industry and it's great news. We wish her all the best."
The 19-year-old is the latest in a line of models - including Adriana Lima, Heidi Klum and Karolina Kurkova - to announce their pregnancies in the last few weeks. Following the birth, Jourdan will continue to work between New York and London as she does now.

Honestly, I think she will do very well with her baby. she may be young, but she isn't a child. She is at an age where she should start learning responsiblity anways. Jourdan is very highly respested in the fashion industry and she is surrounded by people tht love her. No doubt in my mind that she will model again after the baby. This baby will have a great life surrounded by people that love her!

im really not worried about her getting back in shape. jourdan is naturally skinny and she can bounce back. if you saw her picture from the show couple of weeks ago you wouldnt have thought she was pregnant.

Liya Kebede had her first child and came back true to form (though she was older and I think married)... I feel that Jourdan will be just fine.
