Jourdan and Karlie are obviously friends (although I am not sure one way or the other if they are BFFs or just hanging buddies during the runway season). It seems like Chanel and Karlie are also friends as well and when I've seen the three of them I assumed that Chanel was glomming onto Karlie more than Jourdan. Also the comment was they went from being "cool with each other" to "distant" which would not go against them taking a backstage or on the street picture together, especially if asked by a fan or photographer.

To me Chanel seems friendly, pleasant and energetic, but she does not come off as particularly sweet person - not to say that she does not have a sweet side. Anyhoo, when I see a combination of models smiling or clowning backstage, I don't assume that they are BFFs nor that they are enemies / rivals putting up a front. Now when I start to regularly see candids of model pairs / trios then yeah I assume that there is some kind of friendship there.

^ Well we know that Karlie and Jour visit each other all the time out of season, so theres your answer to that one
Jour took Karlie to nandos or KFC one time in London....
but if you read in the I-D mag where Chanel and Jour with Sessile are on the cover, they even mention about them not being the best of friends so, its the same with all the models i think....
