thank god i didnt wait all friday AND saturday in front of 7L... it would've been a bit frustraiting to know i was ready to snap with my camera in hand while karl and the rest were all in st tropez, no?

anyway, i'm sad to say i'm back from Paris and i didnt succeed on my mission!
... i guess i have a reason to go back, no?
btw, i did finally went by 7L when it was open so I could look at all the books by karl, edited by karl, selected by karl, bought by karl...

i saw the "karl who?" t-shirt sebastien is wearing at colette (wasnt it posted here some time ago?)... i would've bought it, but my style would be more like "Lagerfeld, who else hmm?" (in a nespresso way, much?) THAT would be beyond

^^it's a very karl kind of thing, no? he says he admires people who "destroy themselves", and who "gain at being well known"... but in the end his workaholic persona seems to push them all aside and forget about them, hm?

id like to see him wearing different clothes, i wouldnt ask for color because thats asking too much and its his signature look but for a designer with so much creativity his personal style became boring to me.
