Pete Doherty Jumps Into Stranger's Car To Escape 'Demons'

Oh my... I also heard somewhere that recently he didn't have any money and when he went home (to Kate's) he tried to pay the cabbie by giving the guy his beat up suitcase, his guitar and something else, I can't recall at the moment, but Kate came out in her skimpy nighty and threw a wine glass at him. I wonder if that was the same night...

Pete Doherty Jumps Into Stranger's Car To Escape 'Demons'

Troubled rocker Pete Doherty mistakenly jumped into a paparazzo's car to escape his "demons", according to reports. The Babyshambles star - who has a history of drug abuse and has been arrested and jailed for possession of illegal substances - approached photographer Sam Kelly for a ride in his car near girlfriend Kate Moss' north London home.
He allegedly told Kelly, "The demons are coming! The demons are coming to get me," before jumping into the car.
Doherty's bizarre antics also involved telling the snapper he was going to be bigger than Paul McCartney", before he borrowed his mobile phone to dial an unused number.
Kelly says, "His eyes were rolling in his head and it looked like he was dribbling. He asked me for a lift and kept saying, 'I'm late' although he never said what for. I could see the sweat pouring off him and he just started mumbling to himself. He was talking about how he doesn't like people wearing Kate's clothes and how he and Kate want to have kids together. And he said he is going to be a bigger music legend than Sir Paul McCartney. He asked to use my mobile to make a couple of calls. He was talking away on the phone, but I couldn't tell if there was anyone on the other end. When I checked the phone later the number he had dialled wasn't recognized. Pete carried on mumbling until I slowed for a corner, then he just jumped out and ran off. He was in a real state."

NEW MODEL ARMY

Kate and Pete soldier on with duet dream

21/06/2007

SET those parental controls - Kate Moss and Pete Doherty's latest YouTube offering is an X-certificate video nasty.
The film begins with Pete singing and playing the guitar before the supermodel breaks in with a foul-mouthed rant.

She screams: "Rot in jail you c***, rot, rot, rot there for ever," before adding: "You're such a liar and a fantasist, you c***". Dressed in red army uniform, Pete starts the song strumming his guitar and warbling into the camera.
Seconds later a banner pops up saying "It's those KP Nuts again" and Kate appears in a matching uniform waving a Union Jack flag.
"We've done a lot of versions of this song," she says - then whistles along with Pete before hitting him over the head with the flag and turning the air blue.
The film is apparently the latest attempt by the pair to get a record deal. "We're writing songs together and trying to get signed," Pete told us recently.
Apart from Kate's colourful new contribution the track is almost identical to their first offering - a YouTube phenomenon which generated tens of thousands of hits.
This one ends with Kate muttering into the camera, and a banner pops up again proclaiming: "That's Not All Folks."
She then shouts: "Sonny and Cher we're not." And you can say that again.
The footage first time round was shot by Babyshambles frontman Pete at Kate's Cotswolds cottage.
This video looks like it was shot in a dank and grubby room, believed to belong to one of Pete's mates.
The first KP Nuts - for Kate and Pete, geddit? - was the couple's first joint online offering following her regular forays on to stage.
Pete - who's playing at Glastonbury this weekend - admitted to us at the time: "People have been saying that Kate's annoyed at the video being posted but she said I should do it.
"It takes a long time to get signed these days and we thought we would post stuff on my website to speed things up a bit.
"And I've got a few more to post online as well. I would have done it sooner, but I've only just got the hang of the technology."
We can hardly wait for the rest...or perhaps not.

That song is really great - his voice is so hot *where be drool smiley*

I wonder how true this is? considering the source, it could be utter fiction...

Kate 'n' Pete's Glasto bed-in

21/06/07

KATE Moss and Pete Doherty want to take to their bed at Glastonbury – in the middle of the festival’s acoustic stage. But the arty pair aren’t planning anything untoward. They simply want to recreate the duvet-based peace protest staged by John Lennon back in 1969. The outspoken Beatle hosted his famous bed-in with wife Yoko Ono, now 74, during their honeymoon at the Amsterdam Hilton, shortly after they married in Gibraltar.

Now Kate, 33, and Pete, 28, want to have a stab at making such a statement. Our source at Worthy Farm told us: “Pete is playing the festival with Babyshambles and also taking on an acoustic set under his own steam.

“He asked Kate to join him and they both thought it would be nice to do something different – more of an installation than a straightforward performance. “They’ve been writing a lot of poetry lately and feeling quite political. “But both he and Kate were frustrated about the G8 talks and started writing some political lyrics.

“They decided that they’d like to have their say. “Like John and Yoko, they’re hoping to turn the relentless fascination with their relationship into something positive. “In 1969 John was like: ‘If you want to see what goes on behind our bedroom door so much, here you are... but we’ve got something to say in return.’ Both Pete and Kate admire that witty, political stance. They want to follow suit.”

But safety regulations plus a tight running order may scupper their plan. “The idea might have come a bit late in the day for this year’s festival,” our mole sighed.

Or perhaps not. Croydon-raised Kate asked Lennon’s Beatle writing partner Paul McCartney to put in a good word for them as she enjoyed his 65th birthday party. The partygoers rocked on until late at Sir Paul’s London pad. A Hard Day’s Night for one and all.

Party hard: Kate Moss and boyfriend Pete Doherty continue their hard partying ways at a bash at legendary Soho jazz club Ronnie Scotts

The couple headed back to Kate's north London home, where they loaded up their waiting car with luggage - including a giant stuffed turtle - to head to Kate's bolthole in the Cotswolds, and then onto Glastonbury.
The chauffeur driven people carrier was fitted with curtains to ensure the prying public couldn't see what they were up to.
Pete peeked out from the back door of Kate's Primrose Hill home, holding the huge turtle, which he then handed over the driver to put in the boot. The couple seemed intent on taking a virtual menagerie along with them, as Pete was also sat in the back with Kate's cat, as he waited for her to get into the car.
A source close to the couple said: Pete and Kate lead a bizarre life, nothing is ever normal or ever straightforward with them, they can't go to a festival alone without any fuss.
"There is no way Pete, particularly will have a sedate weekend, so it's going to be a wild one."

Maybe Pete will stuff the cat inside the turtle and carry them both around the festival! Then it really will be a "stuffed turtle."
