Pete's blood paintings for sale in London.

LONDON (AFP) - An exhibition of works of art by British rock star Pete Doherty, many of which are painted with his blood, went on show at a London art gallery Tuesday.The Babyshambles frontman, known for his relationship with supermodel Kate Moss, is charging up to 45,000 pound (66,900 euros, 89,250 dollars) for paintings on show at the Bloodworks exhibition in the plush Notting Hill area.

"Painting is a relatively new thing for him. Painting with his blood is the expression of the intensity with which he does everything," said Michael Chambati-Woodhead, director of the Bankrobber gallery showing the works.
Among the 14 works on show at the gallery are "Blackbird," a collage featuring a small spoon and two syringes.

Kate Moss, back from her promotional tour in New York, is clearly making up for lost time with her boyfriend, Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty.
The reunited pair have been inseparable since the model returned to London, stepping out for a romantic date at the Cow Pub in London's Notting Hill. Moss and Doherty put on a show of affection, kissing and cuddling in front of fellow patrons.

The pair moved on for an intimate diner at nearby Rosa's Dining Room, where they regularly slipped out of the non-smoking restaurant to puff on a cigarette. Moss had steak and chips while Doherty made do with a whiskey and a bottle of red wine to himself.
A night earlier, the couple shared a romantic date at London's Jazz After Dark bar.

Meanwhile, Moss plans to lend her Midas touch to a new range of hair products.
She is set to appear in a campaign for a range by hairdresser to the stars James Brown, her childhood friend from Croydon, according to reports. A source told The Sun: "Kate is giving her advice and expertise from years in the fashion industry."

Supermodel Kate, 33, was seen with boyfriend Pete Doherty at a gastropub in Notting Hill, catching up after her whistlestop promotional tour in New York to launch the Kate Moss range.

Kate and Peter enjoyed a romantic reunion after she returned from New York - but friends said the couple rowed soon after.But despite the reunion of lovebirds Pete and Kate apparently going swimmingly, a report in the Daily Star said the loved-up couple had rowed following their date.

A source told the Star: "Kate's chucked Pete out, yes. They had another passionate row, but he's a gentle soul and wouldn't hurt her.
"I'm sure they'll sort things out, but she won't take any crap from him. She's told us that if he lets her down one more time, that's it." The model's range for TopShop has been a sell-out in London, Paris and New York - but fans who bought items to sell on eBay have seen sales fall flat.

Hat a boy ... Pete found time to light up, and sign autographs while Kate cheered him on

WHEN I heard PETE DOHERTY was to play in a charity football match I never thought he’d turn up.

But here he is — with *** in mouth and KATE MOSS to cheer him — at West Ham’s ground.
Pete even scored the winner when BABYSHAMBLES beat X Factor band ETON ROAD 1-0 in the final.
Seems potty Pete can still show a turn of speed . . .
