/\ Quite soon I think? I think i remember reading june for the high summer collection, not sure. I suppose it is a good representation of her style, but theres only a few (actually two to be exact) pieces I would have bought, def. nothing worth ebay prices.

KATE'S SHOPPING FRENZY
"CAN I help you madam? What size are you looking for?" asked
Sir Philip Green as he helped a woman find the right size floral dress at Kate Moss' TopShop launch last night. The supermodel herself sipped Champagne on the shop floor for a few moments to witness the first crowds run down the store's escalator (200 people were allowed in at a time and the queue snaked around not two, but three street corners), but customers were too intent on grabbing garments to even notice Ms Moss watching from the sidelines. Moments earlier, she had appeared in the window wearing a full-length red belted dress, laughing with security guards before the curtain went up because it kept snagging. So what does Sir Philip make of the retail hysteria he has created? "For me, it's all about running a business and making a financially successful decision." And why, in his opinion, is this particular collection so popular? "Just look at the pieces here," he says, picking up a striped waistcoat and a blue floral floaty top, "they are all just innately part of Kate's style, they have her initials embroidered onto them, so people can really feel that they're wearing the same clothes that their style icon wears." As darkness fell, the crowds outside certainly weren't giving up the wait. With only five items allowed per person, changing rooms were full to bursting and shoppers were getting frantic as what began as neatly piled items lay strewn on the floor. An incredible sight and certainly the most sought-after high street collection in history, but pity the poor shop assistants who have to clear up this morning. (May 1 2007, AM)
