vonson, my topshop order of the black leather jacket was cancelled. instead i purchased one on ebay. it is one of the best buys ive made recently! ive received a ton of compliments on it and a lot of folks have walked up to me and asked me about it...i think you should try to purchase it on ebay.

if you go back a few pages youll see an image of a white leather jacket. i dont know if its been released yet.

Anyone have any inside info on the black leather jacket, will be it be available again? I need that jacket Never stocked it in my local TS (Brighton) and wasn't fast enough for the few they had up on the website

you can buy one on ebay for a pretty good price, I got one for 165 pounds plus 15 pounds shipping to the US and just received it today, it's really worth the price. I was hesitant about buying one on ebay because I had a bad experience with Topshop when I placed an order for it on their website, I tried to convince myself I didn't need it but it was just too hard to resist...it's really a great looking jacket... though it does fit very small. I wanted the crinkle effect to stay on so I got a size 10, I'm a US 2 and usually an 8 in Topshop... and it fits perfectly. the sleeves are really skinny which I love. It's really soft and looks good with anything. Topshop won't stock it anymore so you should definitely look for one on ebay if you need it. just bid on the ones that start at retail or a bit more (they're less likely to go up to very high prices than ones that start really cheap), they used to sell for well over 200 pounds but the prices have definitely mellowed. good luck with the hunt!

clu, i know what you mean about wanting to keep it for the label. i really wanted to love that dress. i only wish they would have used better fabric because the cut is flattering. be careful with undoing the seams, it might fall apart. j/k

^ the size 6 sold out within 20 minutes after they posted the jacket up for sale in all sizes last night, around 11:15 PM PST. then size 16 sold out soon after. all other sizes are still available, with a limited number in size 14.

since the jacket seems to run small, maybe a size 8 might fit?

i just got the off the shoulder dress in the mail in a size 8. i was a little nervous bc i heard that this dress runs a little bigger and usually i fit into the smallest sizes but i tried it on and it fit nicely! well the top is a litttttle big, but i figure i can just wear a strapless bra to fill it out so there is no nip slippage. YAY i really love it! i will post a picture soon.

i just got my off the shoulder dress as well (i gave in). i got it in record time - put the order thursday nite, got it yesterday! i wear a UK size 10 and this is pretty true-to-size if you ask me. i think if you order whatever size you usually get, you should be fine. the cotton is soft and sturdy, and i love the detailing on it. and it fits quite well. i got the white, but i kind of wish i'd gotten the black, because i do have medium-tan skin and it seems a little transparent for me. (i think if you are paler you should be fine.) i'm not sure if i want to go through the hassle of returning and getting a new one, so i'm thinking of dyeing it black or a midnight blue. sacrilege, i know...

I was disappointed with the first collection, but I am so glad I gave this dress a chance, as I am really pleased with it. The fit is nice, and the cotton is soft. I have an evening wedding reception in a couple of weeks, and this will be perfect for it.
