I bought the stripe scarf dress from spring 2008. It's supposed to be a dress, but it doesn't cover my bum! I'm not that tall (1,73 m), so it's really dissapointing that I can only wear it as a top. I love the new daisy dress, but I'm afraid it will also be too short.

sir phillip seems to be open to be doing second runs of much-wanted/in demand items. in a recent article he talked about sourcing factories closer so this could be done more quickly.
i love this about topshop!
i cant think of any other retailers that do this or admit to doing it!

Oh god.. I wish they weren't making that leather jacket in gray.. I already have the black one and don't want to end up paying another $300 for the same jacket but I know I probably will. It just fits so well...

I think it's the 50s dress from the previous collection, not this current one. But then again, they're pretty much the same dresses except for the print. We had bright yellow and sky blue 50s dresses last time, it's a striped version this time.

I recieved my order today

1. This blouse is lovely, just as I imagined. I do wish they'd made it in clean white indstead of cream, then it would be just like Kate's own Chanel, but I can live with cream as well. The double layered frills are very nice as well as the two sets of straps. The fit is great, but if you have a long overbody it'll propably be a bit short. There are two fabric covered buttons on each sleeve and the blouse is closed with those small metal things..

2. The infamous pansy dress in red really is a joy. The pattern is amazingly beautiful and special and it's obviously easy to throw on. I love this and I recommend.

3. This is now one of my absolute favs of my collection of frocks. I loooooooooove it. The delicate broderie anglaise gives it a vibe of french vintage stores, hehe. I took the pic with light shinning through it so the pattern/structure would be more visible, coz when you wear it, it really isn't THAT seethrough

4. This also belongs to my favs, it's so well done. The fit and model/style is the exact same as the other 50s dresses. I love that it have pockets which makes it less formal and ladylike. The cotton is very soft and lig´ht which is great for hot summer days and the greyish blue colour is darling.
