The anticipation around Topshop’s first U.S. store is, safe to say, feverish; sidewalk campouts and massive crowds are expected when the British fast-fashion chain opens in Soho in mid-November (478 Broadway, nr. Spring St.). The rabid following includes international style goddess Kate Moss, who was wearing the stuff before management got smart and asked her to design a line for them. The U.S. flagship will feature a special boutique to showcase Moss’s glam-rock fall collection, which includes this sparkly sequined tank (approximately $46). The really good news is to hear a topshop USA price. And that they did adjust it to the dollar.

It feels like we were deluged with marketing when this line first hit, and now hardly a peep with just a week left. Can't we get a happy medium Sir Philip Green? I don't need every piece to show up in every magazine & email that I get, but just one nice preview of the pieces would be bloody fantastic. (I'm trying to budget for my fall wardrobe and not knowing if I should hold some money back for this line is making me cranky

If I order anything it will probably be from the UK site. When Kate's line hit Topshop the first time the website crashed and orders didn't go through, I'm hedging my bets the US one will be the same.

I quite like the first shirt but nothing else. The jacket is super tacky and the stuff doesn't match at all ! It looks like more of a jumble sale than a collection...

^ I agree, and Topshop had a very similar shirt in at the tail-end of last winter. Looks a little disappointing, IMO...
