oh dont get me wrong, i do prefer kate's pete era (who doesnt? she had such amazing style) but i have a huge crush on jamie, regardless of the fact that he's her boyfriend.

But this Jamie to me is so unappealing and his style is so yuck, that style wise is irritating to me that everytime I want to see pics of Kate I have to see him, but they seem happy and i guess that's what matters.

I think her style was at its peak in her Jefferson Hack days!

She was well ahead of the pack back then, i think that's when she started a lot of the trends she still sports today. Blazers, ankle boots etc. I find the majority of those outfits more fashionable in todays terms, than her current attempts.

they make and explosive combination...

I think, since the sixties, the fashion world didnt see a so poisoned and excitant couple: they make an unforgetable era, decadent fashion moments and gave us delicious images that just reflected the passion of living, the passion of dressing, the joy of rock, of being bad guys, and Kate lived her best fashion moment: delicious little shorts, exquisite black dresses, escandalous blonde hair, and a wonderful wonderful fresh and young rock style.

When Kate and Pete where togheter they created and big energy that was reflected in Pete music, full of high notes, rebeldy that just was contagious to us and of course to Kate Style and life.

Kate, felt young, felt bad and mad and touched her own limits, but
who doesnt with that big energy of Pete?

But some envy people, betrayed her, recorded her and made "that scandal".

Finally I think Jamie just has give to Kate some "peace" to her life.
I think he is just the good boyfriend who gives her serene moments, carries her bags and is the typical "good boy".

But boring and ugly... at least is that what I see in the pictures.
And the problem is that Kate loves him and Jamie´s influence get reflected in Kate Moss wardobre: repeated pieces, boring clothing mixes and a faded style. Kate who was declared several times as the best dressed, today there is not any shadow of that.

Jamie is guiltly for his style, when a man gives u a boring and paceful life, who cares dress crazy, when tyour lover doesnt gives u passion who cares dress with passion?

But it looks like she loves him a lot!
Dont be egoist, let Miss Moss be happy.
Bad dressed but happy and paceful at least

I hardly think that alleged drug and alcohol abuse qualifies as a passion for living... more self destructive than anything. I think that Kate dressed AMAZINGLY while with Pete, but she is over 35 now and though I do believe that women should wear what they want regardless of age, much of her time with Pete was very Peter Pan-ish. Jaime seems much more mature, settled, positive, and loving. Her face to me also looks much better even if perhaps her clothes are not quite as enthralling.
On that note, did anyone ever find any clear shots of the vintage looking dress she wore to Testino's opening (I think it was in Peru)? THAT dress I'm still dying to see in detail...

Mario Testino's life size portraits of Kate Moss to go on sale

Eighteen photographs of the supermodel are to be exhibited at Phillips de Pury & Co’ s London headquarters in Victoria next week.
The company likens the Moss/Testino relationship with other famous photographer/model relationships - Irving Penn and Lisa Fonsagrives, or David Bailey and Jean Shrimpton, for instance - though in this case, Testino is gay.

He is, nonetheless, a big fan of Moss. “Kate represents the ultimate kind of woman, an icon of our times,” he says. Phillips’ chairman, Simon de Pury, is equally gushing in his praise, comparing Moss to Marilyn Monroe and Botticelli’s Venus.
For this show, the 1996 prints have been enlarged to life size proportions, of which only 2 or 3 copies are available, depending on size.
Phillips is being coy about releasing prices for the prints, but can point out that it holds the record for a Testino photograph at auction of £49,250 for a somewhat smaller print of Keith Richards and Mick Jagger.

I think so too.

Also if lots of people dress like Kate today, that just shows how influential she is. If that's her style, I find it a bit odd to demand that she changes just because people copy her style. One of the things I really like about her, is that she's about the clothes - she wears what she loves, she doesn't wear things to be stylish. She just is It would be fake is she started dressing differently just appease others..

From a female perspective, I give you this....Pete was a boy, Jamie is a man.
And Jamie is a very talented musician in his own right...of course Pete is talented as well....when he was not in custody or in a heroin induced stupor.

Jamie has his own thing going on and it's cool which I think would be inspiring to Kate-who wants a little boy that they have to look after?
I challenge you to go to see The Kills play live and I promise Jamie will win you over!!
We met him after a concert last year and my husband was ready to marry him!!!

I just cant judge a man (or a boy) by her troubles or mistakes. Everybody has got them.

I just saw that Kate and Pete had an so inner relationship, there was something electrizing between them and their style. Kate wore the best outfits of her life and was just in that point when I started to love her and follow her again (I had lost her several years ago). I dont know it is about taste. Now I came to this site and I have the feeling she has become a bad copycat of herself and I think Jamie is guilty.

It comes from a gay perspective: Who loves and know a lot about clothes and men with all the delicious taste of the world and that passion of peruvian people.

Well it is true she is 34. But isnt she an fashion icon?
Marilyn Monroe at her 36 was so fabulous.
