LOL at all the people who buy into the whole Kardashian thing being real.

And I feel like Kris was probably played in this whole thing, so I feel sorry for him. I don't for a second believe that Kardashians thought this was 'real'. This was merely a scripted episode for their tv show, nothing more.

Gosh I have second-hand embarrassment for the whole family...I thought it was legit (and I've always liked Kim since she seems like a nice girl) but this proves everyone right about the whole thing being a PR stunt. I wonder if he was in on it though? I bet he'll come out of it looking like a victim but maybe he wasn't?

I cannot believe the age we are living in, that people would have a fake 2-month, $10 million wedding, just for publicity or for more TV/magazine deals.

I watched a bit of their wedding special and thought he was very mean to her family. She obviously rushed in because she wanted to be married, and he rushed in because he got to increase his profile. They weren't getting married for the right reasons, but perhaps I would do the same if I knew I would be getting $18 million. In these economic times, I have to admire the Kardashian hustle.

After seeing the wedding special,I just knew that their wedding wouldn't last 1 year.I don't know if I should laugh or cry.Because let's all remember that 10M dollars were spent ..... absolutely ridiculous.

It's interesting, the American public and beyond seems to be really taken with this family. Even Rob is lasting longer on DWTS than I ever imagined he would. I suppose it's because they represent everything aspirational about "The Dream." Whereas someone like Paris Hilton was never believable because we all knew she didn't have to hustle. I guess that's appealing to a culture where children as young as five now think that being famous is a valid career option.

Obviously,nothing came out of her own pocket.I knew that already. But still,having E! spending that much money on something that was clearly fake is absolutely ridiculous.10M is a lot of money ....

Everybody but the fans. At least some of them anyway. And I'm sorry about this, but it's their own fault anyway if they're 'fans' of this despicable family. It's one thing to hustle for money, but there's a limit. This has reached and surpassed that limit. I hope this is the trick that makes people turn on them and stop watching their show/'lives'.

Also, I'm still not sure that he was on it. I hope he was for his own sake, but I'm leaning towards he wasn't. First, there were reports that his family was not looking happy during the whole thing. Now, why would they act that way if they knew it wasn't real? They probably thought he was serious about it and were afraid it was a game for the Kardashians. Which it was. Then, does he really need the publicity? Cash? I could understand if he were an actor or an entertainer. But he's an athlete. They make their money mostly from whether they have a good or bad year and he's had a good year last year. Plus he's been in the pros for like five years now, so I really can't imagine he'd be strapped for cash? Finally, I can't imagine an athlete wanting THIS kind of publicity.
