This was actually one of my favorite outfits that Kourtney wore when she was pregnant. I can't believe how awful the dress looks on Kim. Had it been a bigger size I'm sure she would have looked great, because it's only the top part that's bad. So close girl.

I think the fact that she wears Koutney's dress (or the same style) is a good sign, it means they are talking about Kim's pregnant style and maybe she asked Kourtney to help her in dress up for her new shape.
On the other hand I have to protect Kim (though I think her pregnant style is a disaster). I know this thread is about her style and not about her soul, but we have to practice some empathy for her, and accept that this is the style she feels herself comfortable, self-confident and woman in.
Being pregnant is a changed state, and from the beginning she is attacked on covers, forums, etc.because her weird style.
It couldn't be a pleasure for her to face it every day...
We have to recognize it that our criticism won't change anything
