Wow, that olive green tank dress is verrry sheer. I could see her bum in it, nothing new though. There's also a lot of tight looks, but my biggest concern is the high heels. Shouldnt that be forbidden for pregnant women? I remember Rachel Zoe wore these unbelievably high heels and yet she had a huge belly. When doesnt she trip by accident and fall?

^Heels aren't "forbidden" for pregnant ladies. It's down to what they're comfortable in. I've had a few patients come into clinic in 6 inch louboutins because it made them more comfortable, apparently...

I don't think Kim ever hikes in those shoes or anything... It is easy to wear impractical shoes and outfits when you have a driver

Yeah I think it depends on your feet also. I have friends who can not wear flats and feel way more comfortable in heels. I don't see a problem with the heels as long as she feels safe in them.
