Ksubi Jeans

I think it's 9, but i'm not sure. I would rather get a 10 or an 8 though, as they're very tiny. Which size are you usually? I think mine's an 9 or 10, really not sure.

Edit: I've now checked, and it seems they're an USA 6 and Australian 10.

My size for jeans is usually 26. According to the mycatwalk site, I should get a size 8. But if they're really that tiny... maybe a 9 would be better. Do lean beans stretch out ?

Thanks :flower:

I have a question for the vintage indigo lean beans owners

I love how they look here:

But I hate how the wash looks here, It's too obvious. I hate those white lines

So.. in real life how are they ?

I guess they would be like Lindsay's after they've been worn and washed sometimes.. Like, my lightgrey CM's get a more "personal" wash after wear.

Tsubis are on sale at OakNYC.com, there aren't many left but I got a pair of the Scooter's in the vintage wash for $66.

neni, they are exactly like that in real life. You don't have to wash your jeans very often but when you do, make sure it's a cold wash and dried inside out. The Lean Beans are definitely a fave of mine and I would say that they're probably one of Tsubi's best cut of jeans. Ever.

I bought a pair some days ago and they'll probably arrive tomorrow, i seriously hope they'll fit. I got the size equally(spelled wrong, i knooow) to a size 27, when im usually a 25/26. I hope they'll fit me nice, as i've hard they run a bit small.. I'm getting the black drainpipe-model with zippers at the ankles. Hope they're skinnier than april77, at least! And have to i btw pronouce it? "Subi"?

would love a follow up on how the sizing worked out. pics would be even better!!!
i am looking at the same jeans and aren't sure about the size.

OMG. Where are the men's Tsubis? My lankiness and thinness are perfect for them!

All pictures taken by me and uploaded on tinypic.

I seriously want some coloured tsubi's.. The men's purple ones are amazing, but way too big for me. Thinking of getting a pair of women's 26 from ebay in purple. B)

Thank you! So they run pretty much true to size??? :)
I realy appreciate it and they look great on you.

No, they're smaller. I will fit a sz 8 (maybe 6 too, i'm not sure as i haven't tried on a pair in sz 6), which is equally to a 26. The 10 fit like an 26-27, i'm a 25 in Sass & Bide, 25/26 i CM, and 24 i april 77. I'm probably a 26 in Tsubi, which is an 8. You're probably confused here:

I can fit into a sz 8, which should be a 26, but fits more like a 25 (IMO)
I'm usually between 24 and 26
The 10 fits like a 26

So they're small. I'm not that good to explain..

lol thank you for trying!!! that looks like some sort of math homework :p

they don't look terribly tight on you tho. maybe you don't like the super skinny look?

I'm around 158-160 cm. I think that equalls to a 5,2, but i might be wrong. Not very tall =)

OhhOK. Your waist is small for a man, but then again you are short. I was about to become very jealous:lol:

I just received the skinny zip hacienda in size 10 and they fit great (usually wear 27). But the material isn't what I expected and wonder if they would stretch out. I am pretty sure that size 9 would have been too tight for my taste. Will have to see what happens with a day of wear.
Someone said they preferred Tusbis over J Brand material- I have to disagree. I think my J Brand feel a lot softer and thicker as in stronger, and they fit better. Tsubis have the shorteest zippers in the front :) very low rise. But as I've said, only way to find out is to wear them and compare.
Would have liked the little signs on the back to have been stitches instead of 'drawn on'.
I know I am picky but that's what happens when your expectations are high :) :D
