Though I didn't even like this collection particularly, watching the show again I just get such a fresh, more carefree vibe from the Lanvin then, compared to the Lanvin now.
It feels very light, very girly. Today's Lanvin (which I admittedly prefer) seems to be much more about tailoring and heavy drape and embellishment, but it has to be said, I think this collection was when a lot of people started noticing Lanvin, including me.

the parachute dress is one of the top five iconic dresses in the 2000s in my opinion based on the silhouette. can't beat it
