This is hauntingly beautiful but it`s 100% suiting for fall. I was expecting colors but all I got was the dark pantones.

Most enjoyable show from Lanvin for a long time. The signatures are all there, but with a stronger, subversive presence. He should have gotten rid of the snakes. And I'm in love with those pleated dresses, so gorgeous.

After seeing all the OTT frou frou coupled with atrocious tailoring and cut from the likes of Chanel, LV, McQueen, etc., I must say I really appreciate the new YSL-MaisonMartinMargiela-ish minimalism from Lanvin, with its clever new ideas in cut and subtle tailoring touches, eg detached sleeves from padded shoulders, collaged boxy bustier, concealed slits. And he rivals Ann Valerie Hash in delivering the most beautiful pants, even though it's just a couple of them.
