Hello everybody!! I'm new here, I've been a fan of Lily Aldridge from the beginning and so excited to finally be able to join and post! 
About Lily joining VS: I am so happy for her, this is a big move for here and I really believe that this open windows for her! and I don't believe Caleb is the only reason she got where she is today. I mean look at here, she is born to model! still I also really loved the 'old' Lily from 2007, those private partypics, I think she did changed a bit.. but that's not so bad, everybody has to grow up someday and for her carreer it may be good!

I did not like much the picture of the Avon campaign . The makeup is very heavy, and her eyebrow is completely different from one another, not to mention that they could have cleared a little. She is much more beautiful than appears in this campaign, I believe they had better pictures to be chosen.

Could you answer a question (or two ;D)? How much Avon has respect in the U.S., it is expensive? Because here in Brazil it's one of the most simple trade of makeup. But I have some shadows of Avon and I think he has quality.
And I know there in U.S. VS is super cheap, here it's very expensive.
I've always been in doubt if it was cheap or not, because they invest in so many models and fashion show ...
Lily is beautiful without makeup, and when it makes a light makeup too. But some catalogs exaggerate.
I'm not saying that Lily work and a ordinary catalog , but my English is bad so I hope you understand ...

I saw that Lily's photo was featured on the Bobbi Brown counter in my local department store today. A nice distraction during my manic christmas shopping.
Avon has been arounds forever and that itself gives it due respect. As far as the quality goes I, like yourself have only bought the shadows which I agree are great (not the ones Lily is pictured next to though) so I don't know much about the rest of their products. Many more celebrities and well known models have recently been in their campaigns. Maybe they are opting for a new image or more exposure, who knows.
