I know that these two shots are from ads that I used to see in my teen mags that i was subscribed to back in 2002-03(ah, good old high school memories of flipping through mags during class time). But i can't remember which companies they were from (probably rocawear and arden b.?) I'm not sure about Shiatzy Chen campaign but i'm 100% sure she worked for rocawear and arden b. way back when she first started modeling.

I'm pretty sure I know all the actual Arden B campaigns of the past 10 years and I don't think Lily was in any of them or at least I never noticed her in them, maybe she modelled for their catalogs? But that pic could definitely be a RocAWear pic, true. (I only see one pic, btw) Thanks for posting, it never crossed my mind that this could be one of those. To me campaign pics usually include a logo

I love all her very old modelling pics Does anyone know if she ever did ads for Skechers? I saw a pic from around 2004 once where it looks like she's in the background.

Anyway, I guess we'll have to wait and see what that Shiatzy Chen bit is about

Thanks em1885. Also in the vegas magazine article is says she has appeared in campaigns for Banana Republic and Clinique Happy I don't remember seeing these either.

Lily Aldridge was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in a large family, surrounded by creativity. Her father is an established artist; one brother a musician, one a photographer and two of her sisters are also models. As a girl, looking up to her sisters, she had always dreamed of becoming a model herself. That day came when she was discovered at her school carnival when she was in eighth grade.

Lily has worked with many of the industries most renowned photographers, including Bruce Weber, Tom Munro, Regan Cameron, Walter Chin, Miles Aldridge and Cliff Watts. She has been seen in spreads for top fashion magazines such as Italian Vogue, L’uomo Vogue, Italian Elle, Glamour, Teen Vogue and Elle Girl. She has also appeared on the cover of Spanish Vogue.

In addition, Lily has starred in advertising campaigns for Rocowear, Arden B, and Smashbox Cosmetics and can currently be seen in Spring/Summer 2006 ads for Charles David.
Aside from modeling, acting is another talent that Lily is cultivating. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, attending rock concerts, dinners with friends and family and going to museums.
Although she loves to travel the world, Lily’s favorite city is Sydney, Australia. She currently divides her time living in New York and Los Angeles.


But i'm thinking you're probably right about lily only doing their catalog.
And about Banana Republic and Clinque I'm also confused

em1885, after you mentioned teen mags I've just flipped through tons of old ElleGirl magazines on Google Books (am I the only one who was completely unaware of the fact that Google Books has a sh*tload of magazines online?!), searching for those ads and I even went through every issue of Vibe between 2002 and 2006 and there were tons of RocaWear campaigns and Lily wasn't in any of them (I always get obsessive about such things when I'm sick at home, haha). I just can't imagine her having been in the mainline campaign when there were usually people like Naomi, KK, Omahyra, Ana BB and Jay-Z himself doing the campaign.

Those are all the pics I also found and posted of Lily from ellegirl.com. The only one missing is the ed with ruby. I really don't remember for which ad those 2 shots were from but I know I saw them a long long time ago (though you are right probably right they're not from rocawear).

And thanks for the pics anyway, I love seeing young Ruby, even if they're not RocaWear or whatever. We'll probably never know. It's like Ana BB claiming her first international modelling job was for W with Kate Moss and no one's ever seen it. I've given up on that one as well When did Lily start modelling anyway, was it in 2003 or before that? (Not counting the "Break Stuff" video )
