11 Vogue US covers :woot: which one is your fav one? mine is the 1991 one and that one with the 10 girls by Demarchelier.

Well, I have to admit that US Vogue covers are not my favorite Linda's covers... It's probably due to the fact that covers in general are not my favorite piece of a magazine, I prefer editorials that IMHO often have more artistic value. But If I have to chose I'd go for September 91, November 96 and the latest August 2006 :D. This is where Linda looks the most vibrant. And her latest Vogue cover is the best of me, it features the most stylish outfit (thanks Stefano Pillati), I like her yoga inspired pose, the way the shape of the arms mirrors the landscape in the background, it give to the pic something spiritual.. oops, my imagination going to far maybe.

I like Steven Meisel too. But Linda has been photographed by Steven Klein for the Aug 2006 issue and it works for me as well! For this kind of publications, photographers are not entirely free anyway I believe and have to meet certain standard commercial requirements... Besides I think that Steven Klein has never worked with Linda before, or very seldom, so maybe that's an open door for new collaborations... like Italian Flair magazine... hehe... would be great :woot:

Wow, Joseph! Thanks for the pics. :flower: I remember Linda mentioning in interviews that this ponny tail show look was one of her favorite ones.

That cover has thrown a bomb in the Internet and not only there.
It was a very good work. I take off my hat to Ms Evangelista for her fabulously strong will and character.

Awww, thank you so much Tito  And of course, to everyone else for posting their fab stuff! :woot:

Oh My God!!!!!!

LINDA in the cover of VOGUE!!!!! I've never seen this coming! Not even my tarot-card reader friend, WhoreNanda!!!

I was at 7-11 at 3 in the morning and drunk, after a wild night out. I picked up some Hagen Daaz and M & Ms, when I saw a familiar face that froze me on my track. There she is.....am I dreaming???? My idol Ms Linda Evangelista staring at me ever so beautiful and youthful, just as back in the days.......I dropped everything and paid for VOGUE and went home. I was sobbing with joy gazing at Ms Evangelista's dramatic lay-outs.

She proved why she's the most durable mega-model and why she'll always be in our hearts. She still very edgy, classic yet modern, and very very relevant!!! On the other hand, Christy Turlington looked kinda dated, or shall I say older??? But I'm not gonna go into that!

I'm happy for her that she's gonna have a baby and become a mother soon!!!

I LOVE YOU LINDA!!!!!

really?, I didn't know it, where did you read it?
I read it long time ago in Elle feature about Meisel and i think it was about him wanting to have more editorials like the ones he is doing now for Vogue Italia. But Anna didnt agree because she thought that is not US Vogue:blink: and let him out of the contract but still usses him when she feels Vogue needs that extra spice:lol: !Dont know if its true but its a shame for Vogue US.I love his work for Italian Vogue!!!
