Liverpool is a very musical city & I've always thought fashion & music go hand in hand so it's not surprising theres a lot of great style. Having said that like dumbfairy said you do get a lot of orange wag wannabes lol.

Ive seen so many girls wearing it around Liverpool, so logically i'd take a random guess at Primark but it is a little too nice for Primark.
So second guesses may be Topshop, Miss Selfridge or Pop Boutique ...

The coat is Zara from a few months ago. I think it's a copy of a Ralph Lauren coat.
