Loewe S/S 2026 Paris

Omg if it’s by judging the celebs dressed in the new Loewe, this will be a sad affair….
But lets see if we get surprised! Or at least not outraged by mediocrity.

1st season and they're already copying - which is what they do best, and probably why they hired him. Ok show though, loved the soundtrack, the blue fringed skirt and the dress on Libby Taverner. There was a cute green pleated dress too I think. The rest I already forgot.

its different but for sure more easy to sell, maybe. Its fresh less messy than new dior thats what i like. Lets give them more time but yes..its very minimal. They loos this "suprise factor"

The American press will praise it as if Jesus was born…
Stupid me to believe that Phoebe Philo would be out of their mood board for once.

Nice bags. Nice use of colors. That’s it. I’m tired of them.
They should just try to be great at doing commercial clothes.
Love the bags and colors too..and some looks tbh....it is very american in a way...i wasn't a wow collection but much better than expected...i think Loewe will enter in a commercial phase, let's see how they evolve for the FW26 show..

Surprise to see Julia and Felice among the guests...they should have walk because the casting should be better next time...

The difference between this and JWA's last collection is brutal. I didn't expect anything and still got disappointed. Such a lazy collection in terms of ideas and techniques. The rubber (?) jackets could be interesting, but the way they moved or rather shook when the models walked was awkward.
I am also surprised by how lackluster the footwear and bags were.
These two are really some of the most limited and unimaginative designers right now.

I like that the duo came down to earth with the designs but I am not impressed with this collection. It will be forgettable.

Standing ovation? I guess for Phoebe’s dresses, JW’s colors, Demna’s wrinkled tshirt dress and Demna’s zip-open bags. Ok, I salute those 3 designers too. But these two clowns brought nothing if their own. And that’s my problem with them. They would be better off as market esitors at the American Elle magazine. Sure, good taste, but not designers.

I loved the collection. A lot of bold colors, rich textures, quirky proportions. The new Amazona bag looks great. It's less artsy-fartsy than what Jonathan used to do, for sure, but still there is a lot of research behind this collection.

Just not sure about those see through kitten heels, I don't know many women who could wear them.

Jonathan could push the most basic merch because his vision was total, whimsical, and full of humour. This debut just exists and is inoffensively nice, but I'm not so sure it would sell on its own without any backstory. The thing that's annoying me the most is that the guys think they're fantastic curators, but they just don't have it in them, and the result is usually pretentious. Case in question: the soundtrack.

This clearly didn't deserve a standing ovation, and will get worse with time. Mark my words.
