ok...in white -> tonights episode was good but a little annoying at the same time, mainly because of the nikki character. if you find a hatch and an airplane tell someone about it! that was stupid of the writers to but that segment in the show. I wonder if Nikki and Paulo are dead?! buried alive! that is a twist.
I also cant believe that Charlie confessed about what he did to Sun. Glad he did though, he wouldnt be charlie if he didnt.
cant wait for next week's episode, to see kate and that girl fighting over jack (well sort of)

I officially hate Sawyer for burying Paulo/Rodrigo Santoro He just can't stand another handsome man on the same island with him!

Just joking, of course Can't wait for the catfight next week -- my roommate and I are already taking bets on who wins (Mine's on Juliet! )

My jaw literally dropped open when I saw Nikki open her eyes. I guess I just forgot about her mentioninig the effects of the paralyzation and assumed she was bitten TOO hard by the spider or something .laugh!
Sawyer and his naked chest are too fine. haha

OMG! I just finished watching the epp online. Do you think they will come out? The scene with Ben and Juliet makes me feel that Juliet is a manipulator as well.

Heard a rumor that Charlie will be the next to die.

I hope they get out of the sand! Either way, I have a feeling they will "resurface," both figuratively and literally. Remember in their flashbacks to earlier on the island, Locke catches Paulo digging a hole? And Locke said things tend to come unburied, or something along those lines. Maybe it was foreshadowing!

I thought Paulo should be the first to open the eyes, not Nikki.
They will probably divide the diamonds equally before coming out.

I thought Nikki was really stupid. I mean she listened to Art (thats the teachers name right?) talk about how the spider was able to paralyze people and that one whiff of the female spider would send all the male spiders of that spieces in the area running to the female. Did she not think she'd get bitten too? Umm hello, don't just listen to half of the "speech".

I do think that they will resurface because I know that the guy who plays Paolo did sign on for an entire season and he's barely gotten any screentime so far in season 3.

I didn't get to see the preview because CTV is stupid

That the producers decided to kill off much-maligned castaways Nikki and Paulo (Kiele Sanchez and Rodrigo Santoro) on this week's episode of "Lost" may not have been a shock to fans. But how the greedy, murderous pair died provided one of the biggest twists — and thrills — of the season. (After being paralyzed by spider bites, the not-so-dynamic duo were buried alive — albeit unwittingly — by Sawyer and Hurley.) "People hated them before they even opened their mouths to say anything significant because it felt like they were crashing the party," exec producer Damon Lindelof acknowledges of the characters who were abruptly introduced last fall. "The easiest thing would have been to just write them out and forget they ever happened, like the cougar on [Season 2] of 24. But that's not Lost. We should at least own up to it."

Kiele Sanchez wasn't bothered by the criticism directed at Nikki and reveled in going out with a bang, yet wasn't too crazy about filming the burial scene: "I am horribly claustrophobic — I can't even have a blanket over my face — so I didn't have to do a lot of acting. I was genuinely terrified."

Best line of the show: "I'm a guest star, of course I have to die." -- said by Nicki during a flashback regarding her stint on an Austrailian TV show (so true)

I thought last week's episode was really clever with her coming out of the jungle saying one thing and them interpreting it as something else.
