^wait- is it my theory that you are agreeing with? I think it was someone else's because I didn't really have one

Also, EW just posted their article on the finale (yes, I do check that site religiously :p) and they said something that others have been saying as well:
"Although I don't have confirmation that this narrative conceit will become Lost's new modus operandi, the epic episode seemed to strongly suggest that beginning next season, the on-Island drama in the present (or is that the new past?) will inform the revelations about the castaways' off-Island future (the new present?) — and vice versa."
How confusing! :glare::huh:

oh also- Did anyone else think of the movie "The Ten Commandments" when Jack starts leading the group to the radio tower? I thought the music even sounded like the movie's music! I think another character even called Jack Moses or something.

I FINALLY watched the final eppy of season 3

my first thought on the last scene is

I had a thought while reading this thread the maybe it was Ben who died

Charlie  but hey if Locke can come back from the dead so can he... and Walt's voice has broken... I actually thought it was a leprachaunesque person before I saw it was Walt

I was thinking about it and why would Locke want to leave the island? Out of all the people, he is the most connected to it (not including Ben). So why would he go back to the real world, if it is his funeral in the flashforward? I guess there could be a reason that we don't know about yet, but I don't know. Also, maybe some people's wounds can heal because they are more connected to the island or something. Like Locke and Patchy.

nooooo, i dont want John Locke to end up being the bad guy, which i highly believe will happen
i was kinda depressed after seeing Jack that way, a feeling i thought i wont have after seeing the finale, oh well..
i have a question tho, you guys and most of my friends say that everyone of the losties is dead, except jack and kate(and prolly sawyer?) anyway, im just confused, how come i didnt get that as well? i mean did jack said anything in flash forward that indicates that???
anyways, i know i talk a lot :D i was just in lost's official website and i found this page, i just wanna know does this thing actually work? i mean there's nothing but clickable pictures, which dont work when clicking them
http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/connections/index

^Hey vanilla fairy i checked it. You can see every character (his face) and when you click someone he connects with some other characters and when you put the mouse on the face it says how they are connected.

^^the reason I said that the losties might die is because of what Ben said when Ben and Jack had that little talk where Jack beat up Ben up. Here is a link to the scene I'm talking about. Ben warns Jack not to use Naomi's phone because if her people come to the island, everyone will die. How they will die, I'm not exactly sure. Maybe Naomi's people are looking for the island for their own use and want to get rid of everything on it? Well, obviously, they did not all die, but I'm not sure who survived the "rescue" and who did not.

Dubbed ‘LOST – The Unexplored Third Season,’ the set will remain unexplored until December 11th at the latest when the network announced it will release the set. The unusually late release date has LOST fans bristling all over the LOST fan communities.

I was hoping to get the DVD earlier so it would help me get through the hiatus.

that is ridiculous! We are already upset that we have to wait so long for the new season, now we have to wait practically just as long for the DVD?!

LOST BLU-RAY NEWS FOR PPL WHO CARE:

Earlier today we quoted the Hollywood Reporter article which mentioned Lost was coming out on DVD and Blu-ray this December. We've since heard back from Disney reps, and they've said that a Blu-ray release isn't planned at this time.
ONTD

My guesses for the literary references:
Lord of the Flies (no sht)
John Locke=John Locke the philosopher
Danielle Rousseau=Jean-Jacques Rousseau the philosopher
Desmond Hume=David Hume, the philosopher
See a pattern? What other characters may be named for philosophers? Especially those who played a part in the age of Enlightenment.

why can't kate and jack just get together again already.
screw the blonde chick

" Beach Boys. Good Vibrations. On the keypad. Numbers. They're notes. It was programmed by a musician. "

 . .
that did it for me.!
the quote of the series.

I can't wait for the DVD Set to come out....
I didn't watch any of the episodes on tv this year except for a couple at the beginning so now I can't wait to catch up!
Although I will have to wait longer because it's still showing on TV here.
