i asked them two things a WEEK ago and still no news..
i am also afraid they send the wrong item, i would like to think if they make the mistake, and it's not i changed my mind or anything, they will pay for the shipment and vat again, but they won't. i think it's unfair.

hey, i was contacted by fedex to fill out a form brfore my item could be mailed to me but i thought itwas a hassle so i told them they could return the item i bought. do u know if louisaviaroma issues full refunds on sale items?
