i received a different bag from what was advertised !
my bag is bottle green and i think it is going back!!
im so upset it is not the same colour!

the bag will go back i have so many bags coming my way and just realy wanted that specific colour of blue. im so annoyed they sent something TOTALLY different

They will be nice to change your silhouette & play with your proportions I have not seen a polka dot pair before aswel so they are something differant which is always nice. I'm not sure how exchanges/refunds work with sale items but I dont think that it should be a problem.

I recently pre-ordered something does anybody have experience pre-ordering from LVR? In-particular with regards to the dates started items are to be shipped, are they quite generous with this or is it usually about correct timings?

I did preorder one pair of CL shoes and they came at the exact time, the problem is that they block the amount on your credit card in my case it was 2 months.

I see, my item should be arriving by the end of August so it will be 2 months for myself aswel.
When you say they block the amount on your card, are you able to pay it off or do you have to wait until your item arrives and you are satisfied and sure you will not send it back? I hope that made sense!

as for me, i returned the YSL, got a refund, but it is back online with the wrong picture again maybe they could take a new picture so noone else will order it thinking it is turquoise?

even the description says that the hardware is silver and mine was gold...

pretty sure everything is shipped fedex. they ship it in a nice black box and then they shrinkwrap the whole thing.
