Lupita Nyong'o

I'm fine with that style of hair, wig or weave, as long as its stays true to her natural hair.

Love her hair like that. She looks really good in the LBD even though the dress is very short.

I love the peanuts t shirt. She looks cute; and not critiquing her, but in every new pic I see of her, she seems to be gaining more weight - in her arms and legs.

Guessing it's her backpack held by the cropped bodyguard and it's so cool! love the batik material!

I'm a fan of the realism. Women's legs don't look like models' or teenagers' legs.

There's some serious grammar errors going on with that Nairobi t-shirt, only saw it now . Unless the 'ME' part is a brand.

^I think it is the brand.

I was curious to see what she looks like with long hair and funnily enough there are new pictures of her with long braids. She seems to be experimenting with her hair a lot.

^ not a fan of that hairstyle but I like that she's always changing it.

Word on the street is that celebrated actress Lupita Nyong’o will grace Vogue Magazine’s October 2015 issue.

With her forthcoming roles in Star Wars and The Jungle Book, a cover certainly makes sense! If true, this will be Lupita’s 2nd cover for the Fashion Bible (she nabbed her first cover in July 2014).

It might also be the first time in history Vogue has had black women on two consecutive covers, with Beyonce on the celebrated September issue and Lupita following suit!

There was definitely a time when we lamented the lack of diversity in magazines (cue this archived post from 2008). To have two gorgeous women of color cover consecutive Vogue’s is seriously cause for celebration.

Stay tuned to this space for scans! Can’t wait!

^That would be awesome if she gets the Vogue cover!
From what I can see, the cornrows and twist style looks great on her.

Loving the hair. I don't know if I'd say she's experimenting this time as there are few black women who have made it to adulthood without having braids at some point, I think probably she just hasn't been famous long enough for us to see it in a protective style.

Also just invested in some Lancome foundation (first time) and I love it. It's so luxurious.

I don't love the cover, but there are some solid shots in the editorial. Mostly, I am happy that she has her second Vogue cover, because she is a wonderful lady.

She really is insanely beautiful , her skin is incredible and she really knows how to deliver stunning pictures.
It's definitely the best celebrity editorial by Vogue in ages. Each shot is afantastic, my favourite being the b&w one in the Versace (?) dress. We're not use to see that kind of shots by Mert&Marcus and the dress shows her curves beautifully.
Lupita , the photography, the styling , everything works flawlessly. Too bad for the cover but the editorial more than definitely makes up for it.

Now I'm dying to see her in one of those pieces especially the beige Chanel , the red Valentino, that stunning gold gown but mostly the blue Givenchy.

Also love the way they styled her hair throughout the ed. It shows that you can be creative with natural hair.
