I think we see Manolos beginning regain popularity in 2012 forward.

Yes Manolo appears to gone out of the light recently with Christian Louboutin and some of the new designers gaining a lot of favour.

I have to say I've always found Manolo's shoes very wearable and like him I do not really like the huge platforms that have been in favour recently by people like CL, which seems to be about just making the heels ever higher!

I have a reasonable collection of MB shoes, which I wear quite regularly.

I enjoyed looking at your magazine scans featuring Manolo's - where do you get them from? I would be interested to see if any of the designs I have have been featured - a couple I know were used for magazine shoots. The champagne satin pair (Clatoe) were my first in 98!
