I have never seen the first photograph either but other ones from the same photoshoot. I think it is from The last sitting with Bert Stern. Isnt't that right? Thank you for posting the pics!

I think photos #3 and #4 are from the "Last sitting". Not quite sure about the second one, and the last one definetily isn't from it.
