This list is intended for straight men. It was not intended for women, gay men, and straight men with quirky taste.

Most of the men I know have absolutely no problem with this year's number one girl or the whole list.

Seriously, if this list was made by women on this site, you'd find the Olsen twins, Gemma Ward, and Nicole Richie at the top. How many of the straight men that you know would agree with such a list? I can't think of one.

Bottomline, men and women have different tastes when it comes to the attractiveness of females.

I can say this....many of my straight male friends, and gay male friends say how freakish Lohan looks, and can't understand why she's even on that list.....So (imo) I think many men are probably wondering why a young girl like Lohan got onto the list....but nobody really has to think hard about that. She seems easy....

I agree with most of the list. Some I was baffled--Avril Lavigne and where did Tila Tequila come from? And I was hoping that Paris would be omitted, oh well. Kelly Clarkson was on it, yay!

Sometimes I can agree when a guy says a girl is hot, and many other times I'm like, "Her? Why?" I'll never be able to understand it since I'm not a guy. But of course there will be guys agreeing and disagreeing with who's on that list. They are all different just like girls are all different.

I love reading Cosmo, but I am never attracted to the "hot shirtless guys" they feature every month. Though many others are--otherwise they would have stopped doing that.

But anyway, I gave up a long time ago on why some (or many) guys don't feel guilty about being attracted to someone who is barely legal. Well Lindsay Lohan is 20 or almost 20--she's an oldie! lol.

In my duh-statement of the day, this list is just a who's popular right now compilation and it has nothing to do with being genuinely hot. If that was the case Ruth's sister on Six Feet Under would be numero uno.

i just don't understand how models like Veronica Varekova or Tricia Helfer can make the list before Gisele, Karolina or Adriana. it just seems completely ridiculous.

maybe its cause the VS Angels are too classy to pose in that magazine? i just can't imagine KK doing Maxim.
