Yeah, I think after a full season, Kris would be in it. But yes, MDC! These are the top 50 (41 in their list) working models this generation of the moment.

Prada exclusive aside though, Kris is still doing pretty good in print as well. With a few Vogue covers in addition, I think that merits a spot on Top 50.....ESPECIALLY because of her Prada exclusive.

Apart from Cong He not being on the top 50 yet, MDC seems to be getting it right.

What does this mean? Don't fully understand the reason for verifying people on MDC.

Probably that means that they have verificated accounts on models.com, I think. For example Nastya Cherkasova's Instagram isn't verificated yet, Instagram verification was my first thought.

I'm not sure what the need for MDC verifying is compared to IG/Twitter/Facebook/Snapchat/YT/etc. considering MDC doesn't have any poser, parody or impersonation pages for certain people like other social media platforms, so it's a lot easier to recognize who's who without verification, which I assumed was the goal of verifying notable people on other social media sites, especially Instagram. Regardless, I agree that MDC is implementing this on their site & it will definitely get people paying attention to the verified accounts a lot more.

I find the group of people MDC decided to verify so weird - maybe the motive was to give smaller, underrated names more credit & exposure? It's as if MDC contacted their database, asked if these people wanted verification, and the people who said yes got it Definitely an odd mix of already-established models and new faces.
