Melania Trump

She pulls of anything. I seriously laugh at people who have the time to bash her style choices like belts and other accessories. I think they could be slightly jealous. I do think her height and body naturally pull off most outfits.

The tight sweaters and tees need to go. She looks more natural and frankly, respectable, when she's not over emphasizing her bust. The top half of the blue Kors dress is :yuk:

Melania Trump Wears Mary Katrantzou for the White House Congressional Picnic

After spending her first weekend at Camp David in Gabriela Hearst shirt dresses and skinny jeans, Melania Trump returned to a more classic aesthetic yesterday with a Mary Katrantzou piece for a Congressional picnic at the White House. The First Lady often chooses fit and flare frocks like the Giambattista Valli she wore ahead of her husband's 100th day in office or the Roksanda in Israel. But yesterday’s dress felt a bit more whimsical due to a colorful check with a Pop Art vibe.

Trump gravitates toward strongly tailored pieces — coat dresses from Alice Roi and The Row, suiting from Altuzarra and Michael Kors — and the Katrantzou-designed dress married a trim silhouette with casual polish. Grounding the look were bubblegum pink suede stilettos.

Without the belt, or the colour of it, the look was perfect for the occasion.

Melania Trump Wears All-American Gingham for Fourth of July Festivities in New Jersey

Fourth of July celebrations are on the horizon, and Melania Trump is clearly getting into the spirit judging by her latest fashion choice. The First Lady left the White House for the Trump national golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey today, wearing a familiar button-down shirt and pencil skirt combo with a distinctive all-American twist.

Trump has a penchant for pencil skirts of all kinds—she donned an Herve Pierre leather version for her first international trip—and this time she went with gingham wrap skirt by Altuzarra, a classic ’50s housewife motif. Trump's signature accessories were all in the mix, too: Christian Louboutin white stilettos, flat-top shades, and her glittering diamond engagement ring.

Melania Trump Wears Roland Mouret to Meet South Korea’s President and First Lady

Earlier tonight in Washington D.C., Melania Trump embraced her role as First Lady to greet South Korean President Moon Ja-in and his wife Kim Jung-sook at the White House. Dressed in a blush pink sheath by Roland Mouret and Christian Louboutin’s patent leather stilettos, Trump returned to her straightforward, ladylike style.

The subtle color palette stands in stark contrast to the sunny yellow Pucci print Trump wore on Monday to welcome India’s Prime Minister Modi. Indeed the look was far closer in mood to the pink J. Mendel frock Trump donned for Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin’s wedding this past Saturday. The undulating peplum detail took the place of a waist-cinching belt, a styling trick that the First Lady has relied upon for several public appearances.

Melania Trump Wears Pucci to Meet India’s Prime Minister

Today at the White House, Melania Trump chose a floral Emilio Pucci dress to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It was a departure for the First Lady, who often sticks to a uniform of sheath dresses, fit and flare frocks, and classic eveningwear. That said, the saffron yellow, floor-skimming piece featured a few key components of Trump's established style.

The contrast-belt at the waist provided a nod to Trump's military-inspired wardrobe and defined the silhouette. The floral motif recalled similar Dolce & Gabbana prints from Trump’s first international trip, while the color was a slightly richer version of the Christian Dior number that she wore to meet Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in May. A pair of tonally coordinated pink suede stilettos and Trump's diamond ring finished the look.

That Altuzarra skirt, what is it trying to be? High-waisted or not? Don't get it. Also, it looks sloppy, could be a bit tighter.

She does look lovely in Roland Mouret. Even her eyes look less severe, with lighter make-up. Looks like she's just not a fan of accessories.

The Pucci look is ruined by that awful belt. So dated!

Melania Trump Wears Diane von Furstenberg and Delpozo in Poland

After departing for Germany and Poland sporting Valentino’s cropped check trousers, First Lady Melania Trump made a bold impression upon her arrival in Warsaw today. Donning an emerald suede Diane von Furstenberg trench coat, whose silhouette echoed the designer's iconic wrap dress, she punctuating the ensemble with a graphic scarf, also by the American designer. This was a departure from the wardrobe of Trump's first international trip, which favored strict and militaristic silhouettes. The coat-and-scarf combo, by contrast, appeared to take its cues from ‘70s fashion, projecting a polished yet louche quality.

Later, while meeting with First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda at the Belvedere Palace, the First Lady again proved the power of color and pattern, sporting a fit-and-flare dress from Delpozo. Both looks suggest a Pop Art approach to wardrobe that marks a departure from the gingham check suits and floral embellished coats she wore on the G7 trip. Trump is currently en route to Hamburg, Germany for the G20 summit; no doubt she will continue to experiment with fresh approaches to international fashion.

Melania Trump Departs for Germany and Poland in Valentino and Hermès

Yesterday saw Fourth of July celebrations take place on the White House lawn and Melania Trump embrace a patriotic palette with a asymmetric dress in bright blue and white. She switched to minimalist tones and a more structured look earlier today en route to a official visit to Germany and Poland, her second international trip as First Lady.

Trump wore a snugly-fitting black knit with her cropped check-print Valentino trousers, a silhouette Trump has worn in the past. In addition to suede Manolo Blahnik stilettos and flat-top visor sunglasses, was a particularly luxurious carry-on bag—a crocodile Birkin no less—a fashion trophy item to go with her megawatt diamond ring.

Melania Trump Goes Patriotic in Esteban Cortázar for Fourth of July at the White House

After taking to twitter earlier today to wish her followers a Happy Independence Day, Melania Trump greeted military families on the lawn of the White House for a celebratory picnic. To mark the occasion, the First Lady wore a fit-and-flare dress from Colombian-born, Miami-raised designer Esteban Cortázar. The electric blue look was Trump’s second sartorial nod to all-American style: the first came on Friday evening, when she wore a white button-down and gingham pencil skirt by Altuzarra.

The scoop-neck jersey dress had a decidedly more fashion-forward silhouette, however, with an asymmetric hemline that was accented with a thick white border. Trump kept accessories to a minimum, with little more than her diamond ring to finish the ensemble.

kudos to whomever crops you-know-who out of all/most of the pics.
some things she wears look very dated, but she's got the figure to wear classic looks, like the dress in 723, the skirt and shirt in 727, etc

I scrolled down this page and there isn't one single look that I dislike. I think her style is amazing, she has class, elegance and attitude.

Surprisingly, the red Dior suit is one of her most modern looks. Not a dated accessory in sight and I think the hairstyle change (albeit for only half a day) is fantastic.

I think she looks great in the black top and pink trousers. From head to toe.
The suit above is way too prim and proper, mainly due to that skirt length.

I can't express how perfect she looks each and every time she steps out. I admire her style.
Always thought out and proper for the location/occasion.
classic elegance but also playful and and eye-catching.

Melania Trump Wears Valentino, Brigitte Macron Suits Up in Louis Vuitton for Bastille Day in Paris

The Trumps's trip to Paris is coming to somewhat of a celebratory end this morning—today is France’s national day, also known as Bastille Day. To mark the occasion, both Melania Trump and Brigitte Macron opted to wear shades of blue.

For Trump, this meant a fit-and-flare frock by Valentino. The American First Lady has often leaned on an A-line silhouette, most recently wearing a printed Jil Sander version in Hamburg, Germany for the G20 summit. Today's dress was more delicate in mood, with a flower petal motif.

Macron stepped out in a Louis Vuitton look for the festivities, a brand she has relied on for almost every public appearance. The navy blue moto cross-inspired jacket and coordinating mini-sheath were indeed a perfect fit for the chic French First Lady. She accessorized the look with effortless Parisian panache, throwing on a simple pair of stilettos and a Vuitton lady bag.

Melania Trump and Brigitte Macron Wear French Designers for a Pre-Bastille Day Dinner

After taking a tour of Les Invalides and a boat ride down the Seine, First Ladies Melania Trump and Brigitte Macron dined at the Eiffel Tower tonight—and celebrated the occasion in French labels. For Trump, that meant a custom Hervé Pierre frock, while Macron stuck with her tried-and-true formula: a mini-dress from Louis Vuitton. Both ensembles felt directional and new, with little details that stole the show.

Trump’s red, white, and blue palette nodded toward both the American and French flags on the eve of Bastille Day, France’s national day of celebration. Also symbolic was a fabric adornment meant to mimic a bouquet of wheat, the symbol of Ceres, goddess of summer. Madame Macron also nodded to plant life via the floral lace on her ’60s-style dress; the metallic threads lifted the look into evening territory. And both women finished off their looks with subdued black stilettos—a timeless option on either side of the Atlantic.

Melania Trump and Brigitte Macron Have Entirely Opposite Takes on French Style in Paris

Earlier today, Melania Trump arrived in Paris wearing a cardinal red Christian Dior jacket and skirt, a modern take on the French house’s classic New Look. The ensemble, which Trump wore for a tour of Napoleon Bonaparte’s Tomb at Les Invalides, paid homage to the country’s storied fashion legacy, though it’s worth noting that the bold hue has strong historical associations with American style, too—it was the color of choice for First Lady Nancy Reagan.

Contrasting this was Madame Brigitte Macron, who chose a far more fashion-forward take on French chic. France’s new First Lady has a penchant for Louis Vuitton minidresses and today she stepped out in a one that was far from traditional. The scuba-like little white dress was complete with a moto collar reminiscent of the biker jackets worn by stylish women all over the French capital. She offset that cool aesthetic with ladylike accessories: a micro tote from Louis Vuitton and navy suede stilettos. The women are set to dine with their husbands near the Eiffel Tower this evening, a picturesque backdrop for an evening fashion face-off, indeed.

First Lady Melania Trump Sets Off For Paris in an Escada Pantsuit

After returning from her second international trip on Saturday, Melania Trump is headed back to Europe to celebrate Bastille Day with President Macron and his wife Brigitte in Paris, France. The First Lady was seen leaving the White House earlier tonight in an Escada pantsuit that featured tonal studding and a contrasting, white rope stitch. This straightforward, tailored look is a departure from the feminine ensembles worn by Trump in the past—fit-and-flare frocks, and neo-Grecian evening wear, for example.

That said, Trump has made tailored trousers a part of her traveling wardrobe; she wore check-print Valentino culottes en route to the G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany last week. Her latest ensemble is far closer to the classic pantsuit championed by prominent women in the world of politics before her. The accessories bore all the typical Trump hallmarks however, namely a waist-cinching ivory belt and vertiginous Christian Louboutin stilettos.

First Lady Melania Trump Returns to the White House in Dolce & Gabbana and Hermès

This weekend marked the end of Melania Trump’s official international trip, her second since becoming First Lady in January. Trump touched down on American soil from the G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany on Saturday with a shiny Hermès crocodile Birkin bag at her side. She was dressed in a simple black knit and white lace skirt by Dolce & Gabbana, the latest in a long line of outfits she’s worn by the Italian design duo.

Though it was reported that the First Lady was unable to leave her hotel in the German city due to protestors, she made an appearance at the City Hall before her departure. The red Bottega Veneta coat was a bold choice for Trump, though it’s not the first time she’s worn the vibrant primary color, one famously favored by Nancy Reagan. In February, en route to Palm Beach, Florida Trump sported a Givenchy caped dress in same hue; she wore an Alice Roi coat dress in the same shade just a month later. In contrast, the print she donned underneath her coat (on a Jil Sander fit and flare dress) had a subdued gray and white palette and was cinched with a custom red belt from Trump’s dresser-in-chief, Hervé Pierre.

First Lady Melania Trump Emerges at the G20 Summit in a Flapper-Inspired Frock

After a tumultuous start to the G20 summit, which saw protests force Melania Trump to skip several planned outings for first spouses in Hamburg, the First Lady made a grand entrance at tonight’s concert at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. Trump opted for a piece by a familiar name in her wardrobe, Michael Kors, sporting a flapper-influenced frock whose high neckline added a prim twist to the ‘20s-era style.

The dress was another directional turn for Trump, who has sported a wide range of silhouettes and references, from military-inspired suiting to sheaths to ‘70s-style suede wrap coats, on her international travels. Amping up the effect were Trump’s tried-and-true accessories: optic-white stilettos from Christian Louboutin and her omnipresent diamond ring for a touch of deco sparkle.

Melania Trump Wears a Familiar Michael Kors Dress at the White House

Melania Trump is approaching her 200th day in the White House. Since she assumed her role as First Lady, Trump has defined her wardrobe through tailored suiting, fitted dresses, and a generally opulent approach to clothes. But today on social media, the @flotus account posted a picture of Melania Trump with this year’s White House interns, sporting a surprisingly familiar frock: an ivory Michael Kors Collection sheath with gold buttons, paired with python Manolo Blahnik stilettos. The piece falls within Trump’s wheelhouse, but with one exception: it is a dress she has worn before, during her husband’s campaign.

After the primary elections in May 2016, Trump stepped out in the same Kors sheath to mark the occasion. Back then, the dress was elevated by a diamond and gold chain link bracelet, but today, she kept things more pared back. With Trump set to fly solo to Toronto for this year’s Invictus Games, perhaps we will see a few more reworked pieces in the coming months.

Melania Trump in Her Boldest Look Yet From Monique Lhuillier and Christian Louboutin

Earlier this evening, Melania Trump departed the White House for Andrews Airfield Base to join her husband for a rally in Youngstown, Ohio. To mark the occasion, Trump selected a dress with a classic silhouette, though the pattern was anything but familiar. Instead of the solid-tone sheaths she has favored in the past, the First Lady chose a dress from Monique Lhuillier with an eye-catching floral motif.

Trump’s wardrobe has focused on a palette composed of primary colors designed by her dresser-in-chief, Hervé Pierre. The custom dress she wore to pre-Bastille Day dinner in Paris with President and Madame Macron was finished with bold splashes of red and blue, for example. That said, it's not the first time that Trump has experimented with prints: for a visit from Prime Minister Narendra, she wore a floor-skimming floral print Pucci, while at the G20 in Hamburg, she was seen in printed coats and frocks from Dolce & Gabbana. This latest piece, however, was particularly exuberant. Christian Louboutin and flat-top shades were a neutral way to round out the ensemble.

She will never get the attention of past first ladies due to her husband's unpopularity, but Melania's style is fantastic.
