Here's my first attempt. I'm too tired to play around with it, but this'll be as severe as it gets. I want to work out a few "casual" looks too. FYI- the shirt is actually a really dark green with a slight shimmer.

I got the skirt at the H&M on 5th ave from their purple label. at a grand $20 price tag

I'm going to keep moving forward with this silhouette for layering.

Getting this knit top from yoox soon. It's wool up top and viscose beneath. I got it slightly looser than the model wears it, so I'll either wear it over other tops/pants or under jackets. I'd like to try it over biker shorts, but I don't know if solid black is still available.


Pre-ordered for fall-

The horizontal striped "mini-skirt". It's basically like the knit corset he did for fall 09. I'll just layer it over various pants and under jackets to break up the colors and add a new flair to old pieces.

This knit wrap in dark grey. Again. Probably worn over pants for layering.

I'm not totally comfortable with the new rick/juun/etc dropped crotch pants, so I'll use all three of these to modify what I already know and use.

IT IS JUST WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL!!!

Unless its a scotsman in a kilt... or a greek type national dress... but to wear them as casual or a new fad is just to me a step to far!
