Hi all.. I recently got a beautiful coral leather handbag by Michael Kors at TJ Maxx.. only $60! I have gotten so many compliments on it already and really love it..it retails for $129.. so I think I got a good price. Anyone else like his bags?

I assume you mean Kors by Michael Kors (which is his cheaper line and sold at most department stores). I have the Astor satchel in tan, which I love (and always get compliments on). there is also a Michael Kors line which is priced like other designer bags (in the $1000 range) and is only available ar the boutiques.

wow, i may be digging up a really old thread, but im in desperate need of anyone who owns or knows the michael kors astor fairly well. im trying to figure out if the size in this pic is the large or the overnite duffle. any help would be fantastic!

It's really hard to tell because the pic can't be enlarged. Most starlets were photographed with the large size (retail $298) when it first became available. I have it in this size and love it - the leather is gorgeous. This bag gets more compliments when I carry it than my Chloe bags!

The Nordstrom website should have the exact measurements of the bag. I'll try to get mine later on at home for you.

the nordstroms site has the large...so i am assuming yours is the large, but i asked several sellers on ebay if you can carry it on your shoulder and im getting conflicting answers. i think the one the gal has in the pic is the overniter, which is 18" x 12" x ?....i think i want that size....i had a LAMB duffle in about that size....and it was pretty sweet

that bag is the large. my boss has that bag, and it's definitely NOT big enough to use as an overnight bag. MAYBE a work bag, but even then, i suppose it's the line of work that you do and how much stuff you're hauling around. i don't know the exact measurements, but it's not too much bigger than a balenciaga city.

Yes, mine is the large, not the overnighter. I can fit the handles on my shoulder but it isn't a comfortable fit to wear like that all day.

this is a pic i requested from an ebay auction...this is the large overniter, that measures 18" x 12". i think this is the size i need. do you think this size and the one in the pics above are the same size?? it is stuffed with tissue and so looks really big, but i think if it were empty it'd slouch like the one in the pic. i don think the "large" size has straps as long as the ones in the pic with LL and I

oh and the gal in the first couple of pics says shes' petite, and I. is a model...soooooo

You're right Jun, the large has shorter straps. I like that overnighter size!

Yes, I'm pretty positive it is the overnighter. Mine does not slouch like that in the large size - at all!

heeeeheeeeee~ i just got myself an overniter from ebay i think you're right, as the strap length for the large is quite shorter than the overniter. thanks so much for your help, roey. karma!
