I've always been a little baffled that so much media attention centers around her "anorexia." Yes, she's THIN, but she always seems to have an average body to me.

This picture is new from The Decameron set. She's VERY thin in her upper body, but really does have big legs/thighs/hips.

ITA. Mischa is in a good place right now and perhaps her comments came out the wrong way...yet she is in Young Hollywood and there are far more people who look better than her & most definitely can act better than her. Point being while she is getting this praise she needs to appreciate it as oppose to complaining. I always thought that the complaints should come after no one is paying attention to you.

However, what really is wrong with thinking and openly saying that you're beautiful? Why is that so bad? It seems as though everyone cheers for the girl who say's she's ugly, because she seems more "down to earth". But what's wrong with self confidence? If a girl think she's pretty, great. Why does everyone have to play into the low self esteem game,

Very true. Although I think a lot of people can talk about their attractiveness and come off as confident rather than as "pity me".

Maybe she doesn't realize why people just talk about her as a pretty face. It may go a little something like this at the magazine.

She'd probably like it a lot less if they talked about the actual talent. Though i did like her acting in sixth sense, though there wasn't much to do. Play a dead girl. Her character in OC seems a little zombie like too actually. Or maybe I just wish I was dead while watching her.



Ok, she's probably a sweet enough girl. She may grow into a better actor, but she just isn't there yet.

I think Mischa is a pretty gal and all and does have a nice figure but who doesn't have problems? Everyone has problems. She should thank the Lord for her beauty then and not complain about it. I've read a couple of interviews on her and she really does come off as a smart **** and vain....imo

To me, she comes off as quirky and not very comfy with her position, which is being looked at as a deity by some. It looks like she's can't identify with the persona she's made out to be. Ironically and typically, when she tries to point that out that same persona - of a vain brat - is reinforced.

I think she is very talented and very beautiful. One of the few true stars of today.

I don't find her THAT talented - but I have heard (I don't watch) that the last few episodes of the OC she was great. I think her talent will grow; she's very beautiful and indeed quirky.
