Well I think this fits the vibe of the collection rather well...

how progressive has missoni been in the last handful of seasons! this is probably the only really exciting luxury brand that has no interest in the status quo!

yeah i think they just felt like doing something different, they've had way more interest in the past few seasons because of the theme of the collections

The entire Missoni clan is kind of known for that psychedelic experience, so for me this makes sense (especially Anger's participation). Though, I will say that this little campaign has Margherita's finger prints all over it.

From what I've seen backstage in Milan, the entire family is incredibly supportive of one another and very close, so it's not hard to imagine them all agreeing upon this. Would have loved to see more of those vibrant patterns, but overall the occult/Manson/acid vibe works for me.

i agree with this completely. seriously, the missoni girl is worldwise enough to appreciate this campaign, for sure, but will this make her buy? hardly. this collection would've looked great with their "family album" campaign from last season.

and i could see if this were for a brand like bottega or chanel where you just want the ad to get you into the store and the bags or the shoes or the makeup does the trick, but missoni IS the clothes.
