Miu Miu F/W 14.15 Paris

Take note Hedi, how to make a teenage collection.

The plastic boots were extremely sweaty, should be so smelly. Anyway loved the collection, teenage girls in future!(All that colors)

It's super cute!

For once, the mix of materials really work here, even the candy wrapper colors and fabric are less tacky sewn into *boxy* coats and dresses.

Not just the boots, I have a plastic raincoat and it feels like a sauna in there even during spring showers.

Miu Miu does quilting, weird fabric choices and ugly shoes. Such a clusterf*ck of a collection.

Miu Miu and LV might have literally saved paris fashion week for me...

it started out decent and then became super ugly and random (where as prada was completely ugly and random) miuccia has lost it this season

The music was nicer than the outfits, I almost fell asleep. It was more summer/autumn. The last few dresses were interesting with the transparent parts. Also the accessoires, especially the shoes, were more interesting to look at.

I'm just imagining those hideous clear booties filling with sweat, toenails and foot funk.

Every try-hard blogger will be wearing them come spring.

Great collection - save for those shoes. It was like a REALLY good London collection, if that makes any sense.

Feels somewhat related to that typical childish mid 90s style; the colors, the (transparant) plastics, the short dresses, the all-over quirky feel.

None of the individual pieces really stand out to me, other than maybe the forest green + blue vinyl mini dress (in a good way) and the sweaty vinyl shoes (in a very, very bad way). Everything else about the show is just a matter of styling, not of design. The way the pieces are matched, the color scheme of the procession, etc. are all quite pleasing to the eye, but I feel like that has very little to do with the design. Still, a very wearable collection.
