second - can someone PLEASE take katie brand as far away as possible from miuccia?
third - the collection is bland at best, but i really really love these long coats she keeps on doing for miu miu.

When was the last time Miu Miu had a good collection? I can't even remember. Katie Grand just needs to go.

Editing never really has been a strength of hers... There's a lot to love here, but GOOD GOD where did those 80's looks come from?? They evoked memories of Anthony Vaccarello's debut YSL collection for me personally. He's just the first person I think of when I think of "80's gone wrong"

I really like this collection! The beginning was lovely. The crinkled fabrics are now a Prada signature. I loved how they were transformed into gowns. They were chic! The wool suit on Luna was gorgeous. The fur pieces were good as well. The little sailor look on Bella was fabulous. The plaid was a safe choice, but they were well done. The 80's taffeta prom dresses were a big NO. That was all Katie for sure. I didn't care for the leopard print. I like the the little bandeau top mixed with that beautiful embellished skirt. All the crystal embellished pieces were beautiful and very Miu Miu. Overall I thought this was a terrific offering from Miu Miu. Miuccia has been on a roll with Miu Miu. I loved last season and this one was a nice follow up. I'm happy that Miu Miu is finally getting the attention and effort it needed. Now Prada on the other hand...
