^ maybe it was cheaper to hire Lindsay for the job instead of a model. I mean Lindsay always wanted to do a high profile campaign, maybe she does it for free

I'm sure she will do it for free, if she understands what it means to be in a Miu Miu ad. But I can't imagine that the choice was made for an economical reason. Although I couldn't think of any reason why Miuccia would pick 'LiLo'

i think seeiing the clothes on lindsay could sell it better than on some nameless model because it could really display the fit of the clothes, along with how a regular woman could pull it off. its like when people saw her in the dolce dress-- all of a sudden people strarting loving the collection.

This was a smart decision I think. High fashion followers more than likely won't stop buying Miu Miu just because they dislike Lohan. But people who never knew what Miu Miu was will buy it just because of her. Sometimes I think people forget that fashion is a business.

Actually I think it was because Jessica wanted to use Ken as her stylist on the photoshoot and the people at Miu Miu were not a fan of his big "Texas" style hair. There was a big ordeal about that.

jessica wanted to use ken for a vanity fair photoshoot, mert and marcus wanted to use their own. so now, mert & marcus don't like jessica and wouldn't let miu miu use jessica.

im really really really not a lindsay fan, but damn, its the better to two evils. and the fact that i like mert and marcus and the collection was so quirky, im kinda interesting in seeing how these turn out w/ lindsay.
