Model skin & body care tips / products

I remember May Anderson recommending Origins No Puffery (cooling mask for eyes - it really gets rid of puffiness), Kerastase Masquintense Fins (great for long hair), baby powder (for greasy hair) and some eyelash curler (for dramatic eyes). Unfortunately, I had to get rid of all my magazines, so I don't have that issue of Costume. It's an old issue anyway...

I have the eye mask from Origins, and it actually works. I do believe that she uses these products, she mentions a lot of different brands :flower:

My mom just gave me a load of Kerastase products, I'm gonna have model-hair

Thanks so much. if anyone has tried cetaphil, or St. Ives Invigorating Apricot Scrub. Cam you let me know if it worked for you. And does anyone have any tips on good but not expensive exfoliating treatments.

I bought St. Ives because I really missed the scrub facial cream I used to use when I was a teen. I've only used it once and I am scared to use it again because I broke out (something I haven't done since I was a teen, and I wasn't on my period) and I have no idea if it's the scrub or the stress I was under. I'm going to try it a couple more times to make sure, but if it happens again I'm throwing it out and going back to the drawing board. The irony is that it was for acne treatment! (Which may have been my mistake, as I don't have a problem with that. Not sure if that matters though?)

I had pretty bad skin a few months ago due to stress and it was hard for me to get rid of it... but i bought a st. ives apricot scrub whitening (bought in hongkong) and it actually started to help. since then i am back in canada and i cannot buy that kind, i just use the regular st ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin and my skin is pretty much really clear now with a few scar marks. :)

I really wish the US had all the whiteing products that Asia has! I'm totally jealous!

Thanks so much for the scans, Iggy. I will never get enough of their "inside" tips and products.

this might be a strange question but i always see pictures of models with REALLY glowing skin
can anyone recommend some product(s) which will give me that 'same' result? a little glow is already enough, i don't want to look all greasy :rolleyes:
