I generally don't like seeing actresses on the covers of fashion magazines. They tend to be very boring. People also already associate actresses with their characters, or they have a certain stigma or persona about them, so it sometimes ends up ruining the effect of the picture.
I guess I"ll comment on another argument in this thread. I know a lot of people like to see clothes worn by "real" people; people with bodies just like themselves. However, part of the allure of using models is that they have almost unattainable bodies and faces. They are gorgeous. I'd rather see clothes on them than your average woman on the street. Yes, I like seeing clothes on people of all body types. But when it comes to high fashion, I do prefer seeing them on thin models. Tall, thin bodies can wear clothes much easier than other body types.

I love to see 'full-figured' women in magazines and such, and I like the fact that they feel comfortable w/ themselves and their bodies but...the clothes just don't seem as attractive on them. Tall, thin models add glamour and allure to the clothes they wear. They're kinda like demi-goddesses...
