^ look at the size of their heels... It's not about their height for me, they just look utterly unappealing, especially next to Raquel

KK has such a strangely massive smile

Yea I was surprised by how tall the olsens looked next to raquel

Models are exceptional humans! Please post photos of models which show how they contrast with the general population. :D

note: this thread is not to show how ugly someone is who appears with a model (that should be obvious right? kidding. lol!) but just to show how models are very unusual creatures.

we're all human beings, there are no exceptions.
we're all unique, we're all different, we're all exceptional.
the "general population" does not exist as a separate group.
models belong to the "general population".
normality does not exist, we're all abnormal.

that's my point of view of course and that's what i think fashion is about.
showing that every body may be astonishing.
and not that some bodies are more valuable than others.

did all the people who are posting here ever see a model in reality ?
did all the people who are posting here ever take a photography ?
these are pictures. pictures aren't evidences. they are point of views, and not the reality.

think of it.

or it this just a joke ?

^Thanks for Esti but i don't think #12 in #67 is Doutzen :)

THe funniest thing is that some models who we considered are not that tall in the modelling industry(Natalia,Miranda) are basically a giant compared to "normal people". :D

I understand what you are saying. we are ALL exceptional and different. I agree, that being tall and or thin is not better or even more universally more attractive. Beauty and what makes us unique is really in the eye of the beholder. Models are not better. But I dont think that this thread is saying that they are, or that we should somehow hold these models up on a pedistal. as someone said before, that's just as bad, because models are human beings first--not "things". Like the various model threads on this forum, this thread highlights aspects of models that make them different from others--I would hope that everybody knows that pictures are just that--and that there are a million factors to take into consideration when looking at one. but this thread, IMO, is not meant to be picked apart or read into so much...its for fun:flower:
