I think the video you are thinking of is Mr. Brightside by the killers, and its not Heather its Izabela Miko, an actress (used to model i think).

Quite a few models feature in music videos, but I never find out who they are!

Three I can think of now are(they may not even be models but they look they are!
1. Justin Timberlake's-Like I Love You (main black girl and the other black girls when Clipse are performing)
2. N Sync-Gone
3. Usher- Burn and You Remind Me (the first girl in the latter)

Anyone know?
