their description of it is perfect

The Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork Bag ...combines samples of 15 different Louis Vuitton Handbags from the spring/summer cruise line. There is a little of this and a little of that. The ‘this’ is seriously hideous while the ‘that’ makes my eyes burn as if I have looked into the burning sun for 5 days straight. It is like a train wreck smörgåsbord. It is a clean edged persons’ nightmare. It is the laughing stock of the handbag world. It is sold out world wide, all 24 of them.

Yes, that is right, sold out. I can hardly even fathom why anyone would drop over $45,000 on the top one or $38,000 on the bottom one.

come here in sofia and see the new store of versace.
the stands are more interesting than the clothes, items on them.

dolce&gabana totally destroyng the concept of fashion(menswear)

but on the top
today we got
Armani and ferre.
mhn a real fashion conscious person will not buy Dolce & gabbana versace or armani... they are crap!!! thats fashion for teenies!

I sometimes wonder if the designers do stuff like that as a kind of piss-take?
You know, to out the people with loads of money and no taste. And rip them off, of course.
Its almost as if they are trying to see how far they can push it, before someone says, 'ok the game is up'

It is like Vuitton roadkill.

How could one spend that much money on that monstrosity. Give it to charity and give my eyes a break!

onethign i can tell you is the richer they are the more thrifty they are so no charity.. they save save and save

^The rich who save generally aren't the same rich that buy that, I hope.

mhn did ya ever read abt an famous survey of a professor in stanford abt spending behaviour?
google it and read it!!

To me, I'd say Hermes because the price is too high (RM 35000.00 for a georgette skirt, what?) and for celeb-run lable, it has to be L.A.M.B. I know why.... because she's using too much cashmere and Egyptian cotton in her collection so no wonder you've to pay at least $65 for her simple tee. Worth buying

Another one, Chanel. Two seasons back my eyes nearly popped up when they sold a black sequined pencil skirt for RM 210 000.00 or about $62 000.00! :o with that sum of money I can buy a brand new house!

what do i have to say? dior, chanel&LV fashion arenot for ppl who earn less then 100K€.. okay? sre there are ppl who earn less wann wear them.. so they need to be able to afford it.. its free market.. if ya dotn like dotn buy it:-P

if ya like the designers, support their talence:-P

btw there are laods of JGalliano underwears which cost around 400€:-P

I totally agree with JamieCD...
U like the designer then support their talent... just buy whatever they got at whatever cost... that's what I call pure love

I'm sorry to say this and Chloe is my favorite designer/design brand, but 1300.00 for a sheer blouse is over priced by a lot. Cotton is cotton.

I'm one of those people who likes to save my money and even though I have it, I won't waste it on something like a cotton t shirt with a designers logo for 650.00. You become rich by saving, not spending. And 100k is not enough to afford some of these designers clothes. If you are making 100k a year, I don't see how a say, full chloe wardrobe can fit into your budget?! I'm thinking more around a person who makes 7 figures + can not worry about the pricing (and most of them even just buy things that will last a lifetime, classic pieces).

depends where you live:-P
if ya make 100K in london its nothing... but in other places thats nt bad..and depends on situation.. but only when ya have that much money you can afford stuffs with 1k+.. maybe ya can buy 2-3 pieces a years lol:-P

its too primitive if you just buy a tee for a logo:-P else ya must be stinky rich!! i dont pay for a tee more than 100€. my most expensive one was a dries from stockstale 70€:-P

I don't like sheer blouses cos when its rain, and if you don't wear a decent bra then you know what's next... free show for the guys standing next to you at the bus stand,

I get what you're saying =). Here in the US 100k a year is ok (for a single person! just starting off with their career), but not the type of people who spend on tons of pieces. All depends on if you're single, married ect. 500,000 getting there, anthing over 7 figures is enough to splurge and not worry about pricing, as one designer put it, he made his clothing for women who don't ask prices, they just say I want that!

I hope that made sense ?.

=), I know but they are my FAVORITE and they're on the runway everywhere right now. I wear them on sunny days =). I love frilly, cute, sheer clothing<3

But I also pair them with camisoles sometimes, if it's a bit chilly outside.
