Movies You Loved as a Child

I loved Gone With The Wind! I can't believe I could watch it over and over again! it's so long!

Bambi was my favourite! :lol: I remember I was so sad when the mother deer got shot I wouldn't stop crying...haha....:smile::smile:

^ Me too. And I remember crying in my mom's lap during E.T... :blush:

I remember some Big Bird in China movie. I'm probably the only one that does. And some robot movie, but I can't remember the name! Short Circuit..? That's it! Short Circuit. And that Howard the Duck movie. :blush:

Short Circuit!!! I loved that movie! Johnny number5! :woot:

I went to my local video shop and they had VHS on clearance, I bought
* A Night on the Town (or also known as Adventures in Babysitting)
* She's driving me crazy
* The dream machine

Mary Poppins, it was my TV time excuse for learning English...(Mother loved it too so she usually bend the rules for this one....)

Anastasia :blush: . Seriously like, best movie ever... :D .

All the Disney movies- Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, The Aristrocats, The Little Mermaid, Lion King, Pocahontas (had the soundtrack) ... Oh, and I loved Thumbelina. And Disney's Fantasia.

I also really liked Mr. Bean and Wallace & Grommit, because my cousin went to college in the UK back then and would bring me back these British movies.

E.T. I was deathly afraid of :shock: . No kidding, I thought the scene with the shed where E.T. throws the ball was just the scariest thing ever. I was also really afraid of the demon part in Fantasia. Yeah, I was a scaredy cat :lol: . That much hasn't changed... :rolleyes:

How could I have forgotten "Little Women"? I can watch that a million times and still love it! I guess I don't associate it with early childhood because I was 12 when it came out....

Dont Tell Mom The Babysitters Dead
Back to the Future (still do...)
Goldiggers: The Legend of Bear Mountain
Hariet the Spy'
Adventures in Babysitting
Spice Girls: Spice World

Cute!

I love so many of these movies! Bambi, E.T., The Goonies, one of my favorites growing up was actually Breakfast at Tiffany's. Not exactly geared at a younger age and way before my time, but a classic.

as a child The Goonies, Flashdance, Ice Castles, Princess Bride, Adventures in Babysitting, anything with Elisabeth Shue, Indiana Jones (all of them), The Sound of Music...
as a teenager Only You, Four Weddings and a Funeral among others...
