i for one am not disappointed at all; i think it's a very solid collection. reminds me of helmut lang (most good collections these days do... ), but is still very idiosyncratic and in line with everything he's been doing.

I must agree , very inspired compared to his recent previous seasons.

Wow, there's only three pieces that I love right now; that fitted black dress with the keyhole and over the knee boots, the deep v-neck sheath with the bondage back and the black flyaway chiffon on Liya.

I think I say this every season with him, I miss his older aesthetic of being extremely womanly and feminine without ever becoming a cliche. Curvy dresses cut at the knee, fantastically constructed coats and jackets and knockout evening columns. His shapes these last few years have become increasingly girly looking, very boxy, very trendy, very NY. It's in the same category as Peter Som. Derek Lam, Erin Featherston....bland.

There isn't a whole lot here that sets him apart in the NY landscape, and that's what upsets me the most because he has incredible skills with cut and line.

My thoughts to a 't'

Most of this looks extremely ill-fitting, to me.

It's getting to the point where I can't tell if it's the cut, or the extreme thinness of the models; or a combination of the two.

I think to show this type of clothing to its best advantage, one needs 'Amazonians', not 'waifs'.

is this not the best he's ever done?! so beautiful! the kimono sleeve silhouettes are the best in the show. they border on awkward, but in the best possible way.
a very inspiring collection, imo.

I like this collection actually...it got streaks of light bondage and skeletal structures, sorta Alaia-esque, maybe more like when Helmut Lang SS01 in a classical note. Killer construction details...
