Cute outfit, lovely legs but i don't like the hair at all... She is almost too old now to wear messy hair like that to an event... especially with such a lovely outfit. It ruins it a little.

I agree, I think it ages her actually! and I have to say the CK dress does not flatter her at all.

I think it must be by Ulyana Sergeenko. I remember that it was said on the pictures from the Sponge Bob event in Moscow that Natalia wears an ensemble by this designer.
