She's such a style queen, with such poise and presence, that she can make almost anything work, but with the uber blonde hair and intense makeup AND the brightly coloured and patterned gown, it's a little much.

At first I was unsure about the dress but it really grew on me and it's safe to say she's among the three best dressed this event.

I think it's a beautiful look. Not as risky as she usually goes for, but I think it was a given that she'd win so perhaps she didn't want red carpet headlines to detract from her speech and the message of Pretty Little Lies.
